"Terrible experience from start to finish!!!"
The device got sent to the wrong place (even though the quote had the right addresses on it) after it was 'calibrated'. After I tracked it down and got it shipped back to the correct location, I found out there was no calibration paperwork included with the device, and the calibration label was the same one it had when it was originally sent. So, I'm left wondering if the instrument was really calibrated at all.
